Dr. Owens is a nationally board certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with extensive experience providing psychotherapy for anxiety, OCD, and related conditions. With a compassionate, flexible approach to evidence-based interventions, Dr. Owens helps clients navigate their challenges and achieve lasting change.

She is also an accomplished educator and trainer of other mental health professionals, having given numerous presentations at academic conferences as well as professional workshops for parents, schools and clinicians.
